This wool is un-dyed. And it's 100% Vegan and processed at a British Mill. (braided picture shows 50g)
About the fibre: Originally invented in 1937 by Henry Ford, this amazing fibre was replaced by cheaper man-made fibres around WWII. But it made a comeback as an Eco-Fibre in 2000. Combine to help reduce pilling, dye with this to create Long-lasting colours and use in projects that need strength. It's cooler than cotton and has a silk-like appearance. Pretty much a SUPER fibre.
Spinning tip: Yep, just like Bamboo, this fibre is incredibly strong. It's also got a much more natural colour and is a wonderful 'alternative' for silk.
Sold by 10g (if you wanted 30g you would say Qty: 3). If you're not sure how much to get, but want enough to make something out of it, I'd suggest 100g.
